Kirstie Alley: "John Travolta Was The Love Of My Life"

John Travolta was the object of numerous women's fantasies during his "Grease" and "Saturday Night Fever" days.

Kirstie Alley, 61, revealed her unrequited passions for Travolta to Barbara Walters on Friday's episode of 20/20, where she confessed that although they were close to hooking up, they resisted the urge because Kirstie was married at the time to actor Parker Stevenson.

"It took all the power I had" not to run off with him when they shot the comedy together in 1989, was quoted as saying Alley

Twice-divorced Alley fought off the dynamic attraction with the man she calls "the love of my life" for two more sequels in the "Look Who's Talking" series, meanwhile Travolta married Kelly Preston and the pair went on to have three children together.

Despite never sealing the deal in the bedroom, the couple has remained close pals thanks to their mutual devotion to Scientology.

It has to be mentioned that the full interview with Kirstie Alley airs on ABC's 20/20 at 10 p.m. Friday
