Four young mothers - Briana DeJesus, Mackenzie Douthit, Alexandria Sekella and Katie Yeager - are ready to share their highs and lows with USA on a brand-new installment of the MTV reality series.

Given the astonishing drama surrounding the "Teen Mom" and "Teen Mom 2" casts, what happens on-screen may only be half the story.
