Dina Lohan Arrested For DUI

Dina Lohan was busted for driving under the influence in Long Island, New York on Thursday.


According to reports, Lindsay's mother was pulled over for speeding at approximately 11 p.m.

Police stated Lohan's BMW was going 77 miles per hour in a 55 mph zone on Northern State Parkway. She appeared intoxicated, and subsequently failed a Breathalyzer test.


Lohan blew a .20 - more than twice the legal limit of .08.

According to law enforcement officials, Lohan explained that she was injured during her arrest, but paramedics found no evidence of injuries, at which point she recanted her allegation.




Lohan was taken into custody and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, and speeding. She was later released.

A court appearance is scheduled for September 24.
