Miley Cyrus Dyes Her Hair Brown (VIDEO)

Miley Cyrus has dyed her hair brown!

Cyrus, 20, was caught on video by a fan in Paris while out and about. Miley snapped photos with some awaiting fans and even did her signature move of sticking out her tongue while taking pictures!

"3 hours sleep really isn't enough," the former "Hannah Montana" star tweeted recently about not getting enough sleep.
