Anthony Mackie Arrested For DWI

Anthony Mackie was busted for DWI in New York on Saturday.


According to reports, Mackie, 35, was pulled over at approximately 1:30 a.m. for having tinted windows on his car, at which point cops smelled alcohol.

According to celebrity TMZ, Mackie failed numerous field sobriety tests and was taken to a local station for arrest.






Because Mackie refused to take a blood-alcohol test, his driver's license will be immediately ceased.
