Ashley Tisdale Debuts New Song "You're Always Here" (AUDIO)

Ashley Tisdale officially released her new track "You're Always Here" on Monday after the single leaked over the weekend. 



Tisdale, who hasn't created new music since 2009, dedicated the ballad to her late grandfather.

A percentage of the proceeds from the track will be donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
