Josh Brolin And Diane Lane Divorce Official

According to reports, Josh Brolin and Diane Lane's divorce is official.


According to celebrity website TMZ, the Hollywood pair's divorce documents, indicating a private financial agreement, were filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on November 27.

Brolin, 45, and Lane, 48, tied the knot in 2004 and revealed their decision to go their separate ways earlier this year.


The couple have no kids together.


Lane cites "irreconcilable differences" in the divorce filing. She will not be seeking spousal support.

The documents show that Lane has taken her old name, after being legally called "Diane Lane Brolin" during the marriage.

Brolin recently entered rehab for drug abuse.
