Chris Pine DUI

Chris Pine was busted and charged with drunk driving in New Zealand.

Pine, 33, was arrested on March 1 with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit after being pulled over during a routine check near the town of Methven.

The "Star Trek" actor has been shooting Z for Zachariah in New Zealand.

A local newspaper reported that the manager of a local bar claimed that Pine had been drinking beer at the establishment in the hours before his bust to celebrate the end of filming.

Pine is set to make his first court appearance on Monday.
