Ellie Goulding On Being A Goth: "I Did Go Down That Path"

In an interview for Sky Arts, Ellie Goulding revealed that she was far from the model student as a teenager.  






"I very nearly did go down that path, I was a bit of a rebel when I was 14," Goulding, 27, was quoted as saying.

When Michael Parkinson asked her about drinking, Goulding responded honestly: "Yeah. I definitely had a period of drinking and being a bit crazy. I had no idea what my future was going to be then."

"People would call me a goth," Ellie went on, adding: "I had long black hair which was real, I had piercings and I liked heavy metal music, and the rest of it."
