Miley Cyrus got a new ink inside her lips.


Cyrus, 21, flaunted her new tattoo, a "sad kitty," on Instagram on Friday.

Miley, who is on her BANGERZ tour in Tulsa, Oklahoma, also posted a close-up snapshot of the tattoo.
