Kristen Bell "Naked And Afraid" (VIDEO)

Kristen Bell talked about Discovery Channel's spectacular reality show "Naked and Afraid" on Friday's "The Ellen DeGeneres Show". 


"It's the best," Bell, 33, gushed.

DeGeneres, 56, explained the show by claiming: "It's people who are naked and are dropped off in the wilderness. And they're strangers and they have to survive."

"For 21 days," Kristen exclaimed, noting: "A man and a woman, in the middle of nowhere. My favorite thing about the show is because it's in the middle of nowhere they always hire a local to drop them off".

"And then they watch these Americans take their clothes off and throw their sandals back in the truck. They must be thinking: "What's going on that man's head?"" Bell pointed out.


"That's my favorite part of the show, watching the boat driver going: "huh," as they're getting naked," Bell added.

Explaining the funny way in which Dax Shepard, 39, brought Brad Pitt, 50, into the pair's bedroom, Kristen was put through a "Naked and Afraid"-inspired survival test by the host.

Bell had to build a fire and shelter in a horrifying (for a talk show set) environment in 60 seconds or less.
