Stephen Collins Fired From "Scandal" After Child Molestation Confession

Stephen Collins has, reasonably, been fired from "Scandal" following his shocking revelation to child molestation.

Collins, mostly known for playing pastor Eric Camden on the long-running television series "7th Heaven," portrayed a news anchor named Reed Wallace on "Scandal" during the hit show's second season.

Collins, 67, was scheduled to reprise the character on the current Season 4.

Last month the actor tweeted: "Happy to say I did another episode of #Scandal. Had a gr8 time. Wish I could say more but @ShondaRhimes would have to kill me."

On Wednesday, ABC announced that Collins will no longer make an appearance on the series.

Just in case you have missed it, Collins was fired from "Ted 2" on Tuesday and quit the Screen Actors Guild national board.
