Justin Bieber Jokingly Strangles Chris Brown (PHOTO)

Justin Bieber grabbed Chris Brown's neck while jokingly strangling him in this new picture shared on his Instagram account early on Monday morning.  




"Had fun with the homey @Chrisbrownofficial," Bieber, 20, captioned the image.

The shot has stirred up a lot of buzz on social media because of Brown's history with domestic violence and many are asking Justin to delete the photo.







Brown, 25, has several concerts with August Alsina this year before gearing up for his headlining tour with Trey Songz next year.
