According to Zooey Deschanel's rep, the star is engaged to her boyfriend Jacob Pechenik.

The engagement news comes just after Deschanel, 35, and Pechenik, 42, announced they are expecting their first child together.

This past week, the actress and the producer were seen for the first time since her pregnancy news surfaced as they were celebrating her birthday.


The two were first romantically linked together this past summer.
