Hilary Duff showed off her brand new hair color as she was spotted running some errands on Wednesday in Los Angeles.  






Duff, 27, debuted her blue hair on her Instagram account earlier in the day with the caption: "@Ambahhh turned me into a mermaid last night…love all u girls @riawnacapri @nikkilee901 @ninezeroone xx"
