Nick Jonas' "2015 Academy of Country Music Awards" (VIDEO)

Nick Jonas attended the "2015 Academy of Country Music Awards" to sing his hit songs "Jealous" and "Chains". 



Jonas, 22, shared the stage with country duo Dan + Shay to perform the tracks.


The singer hit the red carpet with his girlfriend Olivia Culpo earlier in the evening looking incredible.

The "2015 Academy of Country Music Awards" took place at AT&T Stadium on Sunday in Arlington, Tex.
