Kim Kardashian Pregnant With Second Child (VIDEO)

Kim Kardashian is officially pregnant with her second child with husband Kanye West.

Kardashian, 34, announced the happy news in the May 31 midseason finale of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians".

"I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!" the reality star said in the teaser for the second half of the season. 



It is unknown when the teaser was shot.
