Kylie Jenner Dyes Her Hair Blue

Kylie Jenner rocked her new bright blue hair while appearing at the Bellami Beauty Bar on Thursday night in West Hollywood, California. 






Jenner, 17, returned to blue and showed off the new look on the carpet. 

In addition, the reality star flaunted her bust in a provocative white jumpsuit.

Kylie's older sister Kendall Jenner possibly attended the event as well as she posted a picture of the star's new image on Instagram.

"babe, you're blue," Kendall wrote along with the shot.
