Chelsea Clinton And Husband

There are (reasonably) many people who want to learn more about Chelsea Clinton's husband. If you are one of them, feel free to check out below the details...
On July 31, 2010,  Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky, an investment banker in New York City, tied the knot in an interfaith ceremony in Rhinebeck, New York. The venue for the nuptials was Astor Courts, an estate overlooking the Hudson River which at that time was the home of Hillary Clinton supporter Kathleen Hammer, once a producer at Oxygen Media, and Arthur Seelbinder, a developer and businessman.

Mezvinsky was born on December 15, 1977, to former Pennsylvania Democratic Congresswoman Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinsky and former Iowa Democratic Congressman Edward Mezvinsky. He was raised in the Conservative Jewish tradition.

The senior Clintons and Mezvinskys were pals in the 1990s and their children met on a Renaissance Weekend retreat in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. They first were reported to be a pair in 2005 and became engaged over Thanksgiving weekend in 2009.

After their marriage, the couple first lived in New York City's Gramercy Park neighborhood and in March 2013 they bought a $10.5 million condominium on Madison Square Park in the Flatiron District of Manhattan.

Clinton and Mezvinsky had been the subject of ongoing rumors about a potential divorce, but neither of them claimed they understood why their marriage's solidity was under such scrutiny.

The reason why the divorce rumors began is that after their lavish $3 million ceremony, the couple didn't spend much time together because they were extremely busy working; he's an investment banker, and she, in addition to working on behalf of her father's Clinton Global Initiative, has a contract with NBC to do pieces that "make a difference." Not to mention she is also on the board of IAC Interactive and the School of American Ballet...

In the September 2012, Marc denied the divorce rumors by calling Chelsea "the yin to (his) yang", while Chelsea admitted to wanting children "in a couple of years, hopefully...God willing".

Her mother, Hillary Clinton, is desperate for her daughter and son-in-law to hurry up on the grandchildren front, but Chelsea is not to be rushed.

Chelsea was quoted as saying: "It's certainly something that Marc and I talk a lot about. I always knew I was the center of my parents' lives when I was growing up. And I am determined that our children feel the same way. Marc and I are both working really hard right now, but I think in a couple of years, hopefully... literally, God willing. And I hope my mom can wait that long."
